We specialize in digital
technology with hearing
instruments for every budget. Appointments
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and make
every effort to honor time commitments. Emergency cases
will of course, be worked into the schedule the same day.
Please let these be true emergencies for the courtesy of
our other patients.
Custom Made Earmolds
Norman Domb has perfected a custom made earmold that is
guaranteed for TWO YEARS not to whistle. They can be made
for you while you wait (schedule permitting).
Loaner Aid Policy
A loaner hearing
aid will be issued to you at no charge while your hearing
device is being repaired or replaced.
Free Batteries for Life Program
When you are fitted with
hearing aid(s) at Florida
Hearing Care Centers, batteries will be supplied to
you at NO CHARGE whenever you need them.
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your hearing
care. To maintain the cost of billing, we request that payment
be made at the time of delivery of service. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, your personal check or you can apply
for our Care Credit 12 monthly payments at 0% interest,
with no down payment necessary.
30 Day Refund Policy
We completely endorse the Florida law. Our failure rate
is less than one percent.
Difficult Cases
We enjoy our reputation for being able to successfully fit
those patients with very complicated hearing conditions.
Reception/Waiting Room
We have taken every measure to make you feel welcome in
our office. Coffee, juice, soda, cookies, healthy snacks
and live T.V. news is always available to you.
Assistive Listening Devices
Please feel free to ask about new exciting assistive listening
products that are now available to enhance your hearing
at home and at the theatre.
Telephone Calls
All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they
have regarding their hearing problems. All calls will be
answered by our staff in consultation with Mr. and Mrs.
Domb. In those instances requiring it, Mr. or Mrs. Domb
will personally return your call as quickly as possible.
